Site visit & measure
We come to your home, measure every wall ourselves and look at the things that decide a design — slab level, beam positions, existing wiring, where the daylight actually falls.
Design & 3D view
You see the room before it is built. Layouts, materials and a 3D render, revised with you until the drawing is one you would sign your name to.
Written quotation
Line by line, with brands and grades named. No lump sums, no allowances hiding a second bill later. What you approve is what you pay.
Execution on site
Our own team, not a rotating set of subcontractors. Daily photographs sent to you, the site swept at the end of each day, and a schedule you can hold us to.
Handover & service
A final walk-through where you list anything that is not right, and we fix it before the last payment. Service support continues well after the work is done.

The first site visit, the measurement and the initial discussion are free anywhere in Bengaluru. Detailed drawings and 3D views are taken up once you decide to go ahead with us.
A 2 BHK typically runs 30 to 45 days, a 3 BHK 45 to 60 days, from the date drawings are signed off. False ceiling alone is far quicker — usually under a week. You get a dated schedule before work starts, not a vague estimate.
Yes, and a great many of our jobs are exactly that — one false ceiling, one kitchen, one wardrobe. There is no minimum project value and no pressure to expand the scope.
Workmanship is warranted for a defined period from handover, and hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty on top. Both are written into the quotation rather than promised verbally.
In stages tied to work actually completed — an advance to begin, instalments as sections finish, and a final balance only after the handover walk-through. Nothing is due for work that has not been done.
